Off to Pittsburgh

It’s been too long since we were last in Pittsburgh, so while I was sick with the flu, Kate and Blake hitched a ride with Alyssa and the kids for the long drive out east. Though I was finally able to fly out to meet them a couple days later, I did miss Blake’s second birthday shindig. The trip went by too quickly, but we did manage to have some quality time on the playground and took a day trip to Cucumber falls.

On mothers day Blake started walking. Like for real walking. We were skyping with my parents for about 45 min and mom was trying to coax Blake to walk, but he wasn’t into it. Five minutes later, this is what happened:

I’ve completly overhauled the aging wishlist and given it it’s own home on the web at wishbottle.com.

I’ve added some new features, but the biggest goal was to get this ready for public consumption. Now your friends can start using wishbottle.com… since it’s easier to add and manage your friends/family’s wishlists.

Plus, for those already using wishlist, you can now select items as “recieved” as well as maintain gifts you’ve claimed by using the new Shopping List feature.
