This past weekend Kate and I babysat Maddox and Ava while their parents went on an extended anniversary getaway. Here are some shots of the kidos…

Don’t know if you watched Extreme Makover: Home Edition last night, but it featured the Teas family and their amazing ministry at Camp Barnabas, a Christian summer camp for children with special needs. Kate’s cousin Kirby has gone to Camp Barnabas for several years and was there during the makover. Here’s some screenshots of her on the program:

This weekend we head to Manhattan, Kansas, home of Kate’s alma mater, the fighting K-State Wildcats and watch as they face off against bitter rivals, the Kansas Jayhawks. Can’t we all just get along? Apparently not, because I have to find some purple to wear or else risk getting mobbed by an angry crowd (that would likely include Kate and her parents).
