Go Tigers!

Went to Washington, Kansas last weekend to hang out with the entire Toole family (friends from KC). Here we are at the highschool football game on Friday night. About half-way through the 3rd quarter, the entire city went dark, and the stadium was thrown into the blackness of the night. And that’s when the stars came out… welcome to small town USA.

Update: many have asked where Washington, KS is located…
well, here’s an idea:

Stop the world… I want to get off.

Geesh, way too many things are going on… making my free-time all but non-existent.

Let’s see, this past weekend, I got to hang out with an old friend from York days, Brian Roggenbaum, who’s working for Cessna in the middle of nowhere Independence, Kansas. Then I headed to Newton to help Kansas Electric get updated to the 21st century. (for those who don’t know, that’s the company that my brother-in-law, Brent works for)

Enjoyed hanging out with Maddox, who is now crawling and a curious as a small herd of felines.

And the weekend before I was in San Diego, where NNYM had it’s retreat at beautiful Rancho Capistrano.

I enjoyed being back in southern Cali, cold chillin’ with the Pearcys. Caleb and Emily came down to visit on Sunday, and we played a new game called iMAgiNiff which was an interesting experience, especially when Dora is involved… speaking of which, she’s grown to monsterous proportions.

Oh, and last Thursday I turned a whopping 29. Poo. Carrie, who’s all better now incase you’ve been wondering, threw a suprise party for me… mainly because she’s so cool.
